Gordon Gray, president and founder of Pebblestone Homes, has a 30 year track record in the home building industry in Manitoba, and has turned over the keys to more than 500 custom home buyers in the process.   The Pebblestone team builds on that track record to provide excellent customer service and a core commitment to long term client relationships.

Custom Homes

A truly custom home is a unique design containing elements that the homeowner selects in collaboration with the Builder. The process is very personal, one-on-one, as the Builder guides the homeowner through the stages of design, pricing, and construction. Although the Builder will have certain ‘base plans” as a reference point, the home buyer’s Budget and Preferences are the guiding factor.

Multi-Family

Today a significant percentage of new home units are comprised of multi-family designs. These can be duplex designs, custom homes with a pre-planned rental suite included, or significant projects with ten or more housing units. Pebblestone and its Associates are involved in all of these types of multi-family, and this will remain a significant part of our business model in the years to come.

Commercial

Like custom homes, Commercial spaces have become a unique and significant part of the Pebblestone portfolio. From fitting-out bare commercial spaces to constructing entire commercial complexes, Pebblestone is making its mark on the Winnipeg commercial landscape.
